Chinese investors add the Abbey Court Hotel in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary to their portfolio.

The ICAOI advised a group of Chinese investors on adding the hotel to their portfolio. The ICAOI were able to recommend the use of local asset managers who supported the investors through their process.
