Dr. Yupeng Liu is a third level educator and business facilitator based in Ireland. He is a Lecturer in Computer Science at Technological University Dublin. He is a Director of EKO Integrated Services focusing on strategic partnership development and corporate/project fund raising.
Since his election as Chairman in 2017, Dr Yupeng Liu has held many pivotal management roles in a variety of international consortia and projects, specifically in the areas of Energy and Infrastructure development. He has extensive experience in an advisory capacity, working closely with international firms on Public Tender processes on a global basis.

Eugene Drennan

Eugene Drennan is the President of the Irish Road Haulage Association (IRHA), representing the interests of the Irish haulage industry in Ireland and abroad. He succeeded Verona Murphy as President of the IRHA, following her election in 2020 as a public representative for Wexford in the Irish Parliament.
Eugene is Managing Director of Spa Transport, a well-known and established cargo and freight company, based in Ennis, Co. Clare. Eugene has considerable political interests as a former campaign manager and lobbyist and is active in his support of sporting, community and voluntary organisations in Clare.

Mike Quinn is an experienced executive having held roles at CEO and senior level since 2007. He is currently CEO of UK based Doncasters Group, a leading international manufacturer of high-precision alloy components.
He is former CEO of both Ervia and Bord Na Mòna and was CEO of WElink Energy. Prior to these roles, Mike was group vice president of Precision Castparts airframe segment.He has attended the authentic leaders programme in Harvard University.

Bernard is an international property investment and asset management consultant. He offers a unique blend of consultancy and management support services, overseeing property investments and developments, funds and stock portfolios in Ireland, England, Spain, Estonia and the USA.
Bernard’s extensive experience includes leading innovative engineering initiatives and project management in the fields of design, manufacturing and quality control for indigenous Irish companies and multinational organisations such as Microsoft and Donnelly Mirrors.
Bernard holds a B.Eng. (Mechanical), M.Eng.Sc. (Masters of Engineering Science), M.I.E. (Master’s in Industrial Engineering) and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) – all from University College Dublin. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers in Ireland.

Kathleen Sullivan is owner/executive of KT Sullivan & Associates, LLC. She is a leadership and organisational development consultant and executive coach with 30+ years of global experience working in several industries across many cultures. .
Kathleen was most recently Vice-President of Human Resources & Public Affairs for a global energy company. Prior to that, she held the position of Sr. Director- European IT support services with a global consumer products company. Kathleen has an MBA, BS degree in Business Administration, and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Cyprian Brady is a Former Civil Servant, Senator and Member of Irish Parliament with experience in Departments of Education, Social Protection, Finance and the Taoiseach’s (Prime Ministers) Office.
He served as Senate Spokesperson on Environment and Local Government and was Vice Chairman of the Joint Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.

Head of School, School of Hospitality Management and Tourism, Technological University Dublin. Dominic is one of the two Academic Staff Representatives on Governing Body. He served on the previous Governing Body and was re-elected in 2010 for a further five years.
Dominic has a BSc Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Kent, Canterbury, an MSc in Statistics from University College Dublin (UCD) and a PhD in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin (TCD).
